What does this session offer?

I am a Reiki Master Certified Practitioner and provide Reiki, Shadow Work and Inner Discovery. This comprehensive session provides reiki with gemstone frequency healing, paired with my intuitive reading of your auric and energetic health. This incredibly unique practice serves to taps into cleansing your emotional, energetic and auric fields. I will tune into your guides (angels, ancestors, passed loved ones) and relay any messages that may come through during your session. This 120 minute session includes a thorough discussion about what you are feeling in your energetic body and what you are looking to heal or change in your life. Included in this session is a guided meditation, tailor made to compliment your intentions that we discover during the discussion. The music that plays during your session is also carefully selected to promote aligned support for what your spirit is calling for. This personalized reiki treatment is specific to your energetic needs. After your reiki session completes, the appointment ends with a detailed recap of your experience and my reading of your reiki session. We read tarot, decode number & animal totems and research any (day)dream meanings and visuals or physical sensations that may come through. This also includes what stones I used in your session and any other useful information to take home with you to help integrate the Reiki into your daily routine. This session includes a detailed "what to expect" email sent to you after your session. It includes any other helpful information and resources to assist you on your energetic healing journey as you continue integrating your reiki in the coming days after My offerings are intended to hold space for your authentic self, at a pace that you set. I am here to facilitate the sustainable addition of these pieces into your self-care regime. I recommend planning for a lighter schedule after your first reiki session. Often times, clients feel quite relaxed and occasionally quite tired. This is normal for post reiki experience. This is the appointment to book if you are looking for a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of how to work with the reiki to assist you on your journey to getting to know yourself deeper on a more energetic level. It is recommended to book a minimum of 2 to 3 follow up reiki sessions (in one calendar year), to fully integrate the reiki, and to have accessible guidance and support throughout your reiki integration journey.
