What does this session offer?

Christina is a Reiki Master Certified Practitioner and is proud to provide Reiki, Shadow (inner self) Work and Women's Circle offerings to her community. In this virtual session via zoom, you will be provided Reiki with gemstone energy paired with an intuitive reading of your auric and energetic health. This incredibly healing practice serves to tap into and cleanse your emotional, energetic and auric fields. This 75 minute session includes a discussion about what you are feeling in your energetic body, what you are looking to heal or change in your life. This personalized reiki treatment is specific to your energetic needs. This is the appointment to book if you are looking for a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of how to work with the reiki to assist you on your journey to getting to know yourself deeper on a more energetic level, but can not come in person to her studio. This session includes a brief conversation of what your needs are and how I can help direct the healing energy to those places within you. It includes a mediation with calm soothing music to help you relax. All distance reiki sessions are private and secure. Your comfort is my priority. Please choose a quiet place within your home, seated in a chair or laying on your bed or sofa. Your experience is of the utmost importance. Earbuds or a speaker is recommended to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible, however not necessary to receive the treatment. An eye mask or dark room is ideal, to fully delve into the experience. Her offerings are intended to assist in guiding you back to your authentic self, at a pace that you set. She is here to facilitate the sustainable addition of these pieces into your self-care regime. This appointment includes a brief follow up email including any pertinent information that came through. This email is sent within 14 days after your appointment. It is recommended to book a minimum of 2 to 3 follow up reiki sessions (in one calendar year), to fully integrate the reiki, and to have accessible guidance throughout your reiki integration journey.
