Tea Ingredients:
- Holiday Spice Blend herbs (clove, cinnamon, apple, lemon grass, fennel, cardamon & pepper)
- Reiki Master Healing Energy Infused
Tea Directions:
- steep tea bag for 10 minutes in boiling water in a separate tea pot or cup
- once steeped, find a cozy space to curl up in and enjoy your tea
- you can set a loving intention while you sip this reiki infused cup of memories
Bath Directions:
- add reiki infused salts to your running bath water and stir until dissolved
- sink in and enjoy!
- allow whatever comes up to be released into the bath - and it will go down the drain when you are finished
