This event is intimatly desiged to hold space for you while you journey through the sense of sound, reiki energy healing and conscious guidance from your experienced facilitators.

This gathering is designed to bring a sense of calm and serenity to your vessel. Settle within and around an abundance of life giving flora energy while receiving Reiki and Crystal Sound Bowl healing from your facilitators Christina & Chenisse.
Emotionally and spiritually lean into your inner self while engaging in slowly guided somatic poses with Yin Yoga, to help receive and move energy through your entire vessel, auric and physical.
