About the event
Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share our upcoming event this Sunday, March 2 from 1:00 - 3:00pm
Marnie and Christina will guide the participants through an hour of dream exploration, including tips of how to practice lucid dreaming and dream recall techniques. They will also discuss common themes and how to interpret the meanings associated with your dreams.
Then they will lead you through a guided meditation paired with Reiki Master Energy Healing to assist you in deepening into the meditation and connecting you to your inner world with clarity and awareness.
Afterwards, the group will connect further and discuss any insights and strategies that came through.
This workshop is designed to hold space for those who dream often or who are interested in understanding their dreams better.
