An Intuitive Approach to Healing
Emotional, energetic and auric health matter.

Often overlooked, bringing these to the forefront of your awareness are
integral to a balanced self-care practice.
We often carry heavy energetic blockages, with symptoms similar to aches and pains.
Sometimes inherited, sometimes taught, sometimes stored as an
outgrown coping mechanism.
Reiki, Astrology and Guided Shadow Work with conscious based inner-work practice,
are incredibly healing approaches that serve to tap into and cleanse
your emotional, energetic and auric fields.
My offerings at Reiki and Soul are intended to assist you with conscious guidance, back to your authentic self, at a pace that you set.

I’m here to facilitate the sustainable addition of these pieces into your self-care regime.

I provide many offerings to the community of Squamish, BC and beyond.
