What is shadow work?
Shadow work is another term for what we call 'doing the inner work'. Inner work includes practicing guided processes with journaling, dyad's, open shares and speaking your truth.
Shadow work is designed to help you integrate and accept every single part of yourself so that you can live and thrive with more clarity and authenticity.
Let’s explore what shadow work means, how you can benefit from it, and how you can start practicing shadow work for yourself.
Shadow work is, at heart, about developing self-awareness and ultimately, self-acceptance and compassion. Shadow work is often both therapy and more spiritual, helping you see the different parts of yourself. For people who have been especially good at avoiding their shadow — for instance, because it is too far different from your own self-perception or desired impression — shadow work is about acknowledging the existence of shadows and getting curious about exploring them.
Shadow work can feel overwhelming and can feel more beneficial with other like minded women around, to support you and witness your own development
and inner journey transformations.
Christina will assist you to learn how to guide yourself on your personal journey, no matter where you're at on it. You decide the pace to set.
Her goal is to help you feel supported as you discover new personal truths and uncover hidden ones that may be repressed or forgotten.
Reiki and Soul offers different levels of commitment to try on as you explore your inner child, somatic practices and learning holding space for not only yourself, but other likeminded women on your journey.

Your birth chart is a 'snapshot of the sky' the moment you came earth side.
This session can help you understand what it means to have different planets in different zodiac signs, what you may be here to learn and to discover. There are many layers to astrology and this
one on one reading
can help you lean into parts of yourself waiting to be lived.
This session includes a copy of your birth chart and notable points of interest I believe are worth knowing and understanding.
Chiron and the Subconscious
Explore with me the subconscious effects Chiron has on the aura, mind, emotions and the body.
Join me and deep dive into how the minor planet (also known as a Comet) CHIRON plays a role in your healing journey.
My theory is to look for evidential clues from the blueprint of your natal chart.
The House and which Astrological Archetype this small planet sits in can play a powerful role towards healing. No matter where you are in life or how short or long you have lived, Chiron can be a lighthouse to look for towards the direction your healing is destined to take you through.
Chiron manifests and shape shifts to fit into a role or character in your life, to show you where there needs to be inner healing. This healing can occur within the mind (air) , the body (earth) , the spiritual (fire) and the emotional (water).
Depending on your personal Natal Chart, this placement can have varying effects. I look forward to finding themes and consistency through the lens of Chiron to help you heal. To guide you back to yourself, to the authentic version of what your spirit resonates with and that is meant to be known in the conscious scope of what the human experience is all about.
Jupiter's Gathering
Community for inner work.
A safe place to discover inner truths, connecting in spirit, the moon, and ultimately the self.
This monthly event is held in person, here in Squamish, BC. It is designed to create a safe container for each of us to be seen authentically and with support. Wherever you are on your journey with the work, you are welcome.

where participants learn to hold space for others, for themselves and ultimately meet their higher self and spirit with practice and intention.
It’s a confidential space to discover inner truths, connecting to spirit, the moon, and the self.
Facing harder truths can be overwhelming. This gathering is designed to hold space for you, to help to understand yourself on a deeper level and to connect to yourself and others while doing so.
