Subsequent 90 minute Reiki Session

What does this session offer?

In this 90 min session, we chat about how your initial comprehensive session felt afterwards. We chat about any shifts or 'ah ha' moments that may have arrived post reiki. We then move into a conversation on what you would like to continue working on or introduce a new need or direction. I will mirror you and offer optional feedback and new perspectives of your energy. After this conversation feels complete we set an intention to take into the reiki portion of the session, with tailored music and a a personalized guided meditation to support deep rest and overall healing. We can continue to utilize what we started working on in your initial comprehensive session, to integrate what was brought to light. Or we can start a new intentional journey with this session. The appointment ends with a detailed verbal recap of your energy and any other information that came through including my take of the experience. We will pull oracle cards, interpret symbols, visions and physical sensations and chat about how to practice this at home. You will receive a follow up email including information on what to expect after your reiki session and how to integrate your healing experience. This 90 minute session is a great way to maintain your reiki treatments. This incredibly healing practice serves to tap into and cleanse your emotional, energetic and auric fields with continued support and guidance from Christina.
