What does this session offer?

A loving way to nurture a deeper connection to yourself and to your baby. Christina is in the midst of her own postpartum journey, she has first hand experience with pregnancy, childbirth and the 4th trimester. She believes that every women that is either currently pregnant or has just endured child birth, can benefit from a Reiki session(s). Reiki is beneficial for prenatal women to help promote relaxation, decrease nausea, help settle you into pregnancy, cleanse the energy around you and your baby's emotional, energetic and auric fields. It can also connect you to your baby's spirit with guided meditation and intention. Prenatal reiki can also increase mind body awareness, bring deeper understanding to symptoms and emotional imbalances. Monthly reiki sessions (if you choose to do so) can be a wonderful way to ground and connect deeper to yourself, your baby and birth plan. Some pregnancies bring with them major shifts, health concerns and overall change. Reiki can support you through these changes with care and compassion. Postpartum comes with a new list of changes and needs, for both mother and baby. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, emotional concerns or just feeling depleted, Reiki can help you return to balance. Every birth is different and can bring forth new levels of healing, both physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki can help you decompress after a sudden birth plan change or after a desired birth experience. The 4th trimester can last several months and years, depending on the person. Come as you are, you are welcome at any stage of your journey into motherhood. This offering can be a simple reiki session with no feedback or a more tailored session to help you connect deeper to yourself, your birth plan or your postpartum chapter. My reiki bed can recline, so you can lay in a seated position be more comfortable. This offering is pay what you can, as this chapter in life can be costly. Your energetic health is a priority and costs shouldn’t be a barrier to your overall health. This treatment is by donation. The suggested price is $80.00. This session is just a reiki treatment with a verbal recap of your energy field at the beginning and end of the session. This session is a great way to maintain your reiki treatments.
