What does this session offer?

This is a dedicated, non-judgmental gathering where women come together to share their story(s), to listen in return, to receive and offer support for another & build a sense of meaningful community. We practice shadow work, the integration of the inner and outer emotional and psychological worlds. Safe, Equal Space: Participants sit in a physical or symbolic circle to ensure everyone is seen as an equal contributor, breaking down hierarchy or social performance. No "Fixing" or Advice: A core rule in most circles is that women can speak from the heart without being interrupted, coached, or told how to solve their problems. Ancient Roots: These gatherings draw from historical and indigenous traditions where women traditionally assembled around fires, during moon cycles, or to mark life transitions. Practicing Presence: showing up exactly as you are; happy, sad, grieving, lonely etc - it welcomes you to be yourself no matter what you may be experiencing in your day to day life What you can expect to experience?​ 🔆Grounding & Meditation: Breathwork, silence, or gentle movement to transition away from busy daily routines. 🔆Embodiment Practices: an intentional activity that uses physical sensations, breath, and movement to connect your mind and body. Instead of just thinking with your head, you tune into the wisdom and signals of your physical body. 🔆Mind-Body Connection: It breaks the habit of separating your thoughts from your physical state. 🔆Active Process: It is a choice to inhabit and feel your physical presence rather than ignoring it. 🔆Internal Focus: It relies on internal awareness (how you feel inside) rather than external judgment (how you look in a mirror). 🔆Heart-Centered Sharing: Taking turns listening.
