Join Christina and other like minded women for a monthly gathering, where participants learn to hold space for others, for themselves and ultimately meet their higher self and spirit with practice and intention. Christina has spent 5 years exploring her own inner world on a weekly bases. YES! Weekly. Every Thursday evening since January 2019. She has committed every Thursday over the last 2 years facilitating and leading a consistent weekly online gathering. 💫 Moving to hosting this gathering IN PERSON here in Squamish has been so so exciting! This container is designed to create a safe space for each of you to be seen authentically and with support. Wherever you are on your journey with the work, you are welcome. 💥Virtual inner work is potent. 💥In person inner work is potent. 💥Both containers are valid and offer different benefits and opportunities to be seen and to practice authentication. 💥Witness your experience being reflected back to you through guided prompts and exercises. Being able to offer this service in person to her community has been so fulfilling AND for as well for those who have joined and have offered their honest positive feedback. It’s a confidential space to discover inner truths, connecting to spirit, the moon, and the self. Facing harder truths can be overwhelming. This gathering is designed to hold space for you, to help to understand yourself on a deeper level and to connect to yourself and others while doing so. e overwhelming. 🔆This offerings ends with a group Reiki Healing and grounding embodiment practice. ​ 🔆a suggested donation of $20.00 is encouraged but not mandatory to join, finances shouldn’t be a barrier to accessing the work 💫 🔆tea and dark chocolate provided
